Eileen earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Marist College and began her career in marketing. After a few years, she realized her true passion was helping people become confident communicators, so she went back to school and received her Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Montclair State University.
She has worked in outpatient, school and hospital settings, supporting children and adults with a wide range of communication needs. Eileen especially enjoys working with preschool and school-aged children and has experience helping those with oral motor difficulties, speech sound disorders, language delays, fluency disorders, social/pragmatic challenges, cognitive delays, autism spectrum disorder, and the use of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Eileen is passionate about guiding children through play-based, child-led therapy that makes learning language enjoyable and meaningful.
Eileen is certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), licensed in New Jersey, and certified by the New Jersey Department of Education as a Speech-Language Specialist.
She’s excited to be part of the Creative Speech Solutions team! Outside of work, Eileen enjoys hiking, baking and traveling to new places.
